Commit and file views: show the related Ladder rung in a collapsed detail panel A changeset rung's own path IS "changesets/<sha>", and a file rung's path IS the file's own path, so both views can read their related Ladder entry with one direct ladder_read call, no searching. Added readLadderRung + a small renderer that embeds non-ask children inline (a changeset's filechange entries), rendered into a collapsed-by- default <details class="ladder-detail"> block in smaller text so it doesn't compete with the page's main content.
