Blob viewer: stop hljs auto-detecting a language for extensionless files Files with no extension (LICENSE, Dockerfile, ...) were falling through to an empty language-"" class on the code block, which hljs treats as a cue to run its own auto-detection heuristic rather than render plain text -- that's why a plain-text LICENSE file was coming out syntax-highlighted. Default to the real "plaintext" hljs language when there's no extension to key off, and map .txt the same way.
