Commit view: attach each filechange summary to its own file row, not one combined block A filechange rung is about one specific file in the commit, so its summary now goes on that file's own row in the tree listing (matched by filename, since a filechange's path can come back either bare or prefixed with "changesets/<sha>/"). Only the changeset rung's own summary -- the one that's actually about the commit as a whole -- stays attached to the Commit card. Also renamed both detail panels' visible label from "Ladder" to "Summary".
