Fix nested-path file anchoring and directory-child embedding in ladder push cloudflareLadderBackend.ts's anchorShaForFile only ever read one level of the remote tree, so any file rung deeper than the repo root (e.g. "app/LICENSE") failed with "not found in the repo at HEAD" even though it exists -- confirmed once a real, non-flat repo (zzmq-dev/zz itself) got onboarded; the earlier single-directory test repo never exercised a nested path. Now walks one path segment at a time. Separately, ladder-push.ts only stripped "_repo"'s own {ref} children before sending it to ladder_write_rung (which expects fully-embedded Rung objects, never the local notes store's ref shorthand) -- but any "directory" rung has the exact same {ref} children for its own nested files/subdirectories, which a flat test repo with no subdirectories never surfaced. embedChildren now resolves every {ref} recursively against the already-collected anchor map, for any rung, not just the root. Verified against the real zzmq-dev/zz repo (238 rungs, 9 kinds) after both fixes.
