Show the zz wordmark in Explore's idle state zz top's explore tab was just dead space below the search box until you typed a query -- centers the same ASCII banner cli/lib/banner.ts already draws at startup in the bottom third of that empty area instead, switching to the narrow variant under 60 columns (banner.ts's own threshold is 55, for the raw terminal rather than this bordered, narrower pane). Muted border color, since it's decorative, not signal. Threads maxRows down to Explore the same way every other tab already does (TopApp.tsx), so the layout can size against the pane's real height rather than guessing.
