Fix local Ladder path resolution; add remote rung kinds and ladder push engine/localBackend.ts had its own stale, package-relative repoDirOf convention ("<appRoot>/demo-repos/<name>") that drifted from cli/lib/repo.ts's real ~/.zz/repos/<owner>/<name> convention, which ensureCloned and every other caller already used. zz ladder build on any repo not pre-seeded under demo-repos/ cloned successfully but then failed writing the Ladder with isomorphic-git's "Could not find HEAD" -- the write path alone re-derived a nonexistent directory. Now reuses resolveRepo() as the single source of truth; searchLadder updated to scan the real two-level ~/.zz/repos/ tree instead. Also widens the remote Ladder backend to accept directory/release/ ask/contributor/dependencies rung kinds (previously only repo/file/ changeset/filechange), on both the write-side anchor/ref logic (cloudflareLadderBackend.ts) and the read-side path dispatch and kind-allowlist gate (cloudflareBackend.ts), and adds `zz ladder push <local-repo> <owner/repo>`: build a full Ladder locally (fast, reliable, every rung kind), then bulk-transfer it to a remote repo in one pass -- real git history force-pushed, then every anchor rung replayed via ladder_write_rung, with _repo's children left for appendRepoChildren to rebuild incrementally rather than sent as the local {ref} shorthand ladder_write_rung doesn't understand. Verified end to end locally (sindresorhus/is-up: 9 files, 10 asks, 2 releases, 7 contributors, 1 dependency, all pushed 31/31 with no errors). Known gap, not fixed here: a freshly-pushed notes ref isn't visible to a later, separate read request against the remote backend (confirmed again after a 2+ minute wait) -- a pre-existing Artifacts- side consistency gap documented in cloudflareLadderBackend.ts's own KNOWN ISSUE comment, not something addressable without a different write/verify strategy or storage architecture.
