Batch ladder_write_rung's git-notes writes by ref instead of per rung writeLadder did one full scopedNotesCheckout (fetch) + push per rung, even though every "file"/"directory"/etc rung shares one notes ref -- each fetch re-pulled that ref's entire accumulated history from scratch, since nothing carries a checkout over between calls. Real cost: importing zzmq-dev/zz's 238 rungs this way took 13+ minutes to write only 16 of them, each one slower than the last (genuine O(n^2), not fixed per-call latency) -- projected multiple hours to finish. writeRungsBatch groups by ref, does one checkout and one push per group regardless of how many rungs land in it. ladder-push.ts now sends rungs through ladder_write_rung in chunks of 40 (that tool's "rung" param already accepted an array) instead of one call each. Real import, same 238 rungs: under 2 minutes end to end.
