Docs: catch up the last few --assist/governance details - Tab-switching keys (left/right, 1/2) for --assist's lane picker -- the docs-refresh branch already covered the lanes/unclaimed tabs and per-ask actions correctly, just not how to switch between them. - Status filtering (s) applies to both tabs' Ask lists, not just unclaimed. - "!" as the other way to open the shard shell, alongside ctrl+/. - zz top's own lanes tab: note it's sorted busiest-first. - Governance: Maintainer's row now also names commit_changeset/ ladder_write_rung directly, not just git push -- same privilege, same bar, now actually enforced server-side either way.
