Prevent stray local state from ever shipping in the npm package Found while dry-running the first publish: dist/state/shirt/.zz/*.db* (a real local-mode test database, created by some earlier run with dist/ as its cwd) was sitting in dist/ and would have been packaged, since "files": ["dist"] includes whatever happens to be there, and build never cleaned dist/ first so a stray artifact like this could accumulate across builds indefinitely. - build now runs "rm -rf dist" before tsc, so every build starts from a clean tree. - files is now "dist/**/*.js" instead of the blanket "dist" -- a clean build only ever produces .js files, so this is equivalent in the normal case and a hard backstop against shipping anything else that lands in dist/ by accident. Verified via npm pack --dry-run/npm pack: the stray db files are gone, 79 files instead of 82, and dist/cli/zz.js's executable bit survives in the actual packed tarball.
