- clean up shards button should be visible even when there's no shard just diabled w/ a note on repo settings
- implement grouping repo list by role (owner, maintainer, contributor)
- create new repo takes a long time, make it faster... but also indicate that clicking create worked and that it's taking a second.
- zz work --assist: add a repo list/Explore tab (search + track) same as zz top, instead of only showing asks from repos already watched
- TUI profile view (zz top + zz work --assist): same functionality as the web /profile -- create a repo, create/manage agent tokens, etc.
- TUI repo detail view: RBAC role assignment when you're the owner (owner implies tracked already, no separate "track" action needed); view that repo's Ladder, asks, and lanes from the same screen
