Begin slice 1 implementation: superagent/supertest onboarding Engine scaffolding (TypeScript, local .zz/ file persistence standing in for Durable Objects until this slice is proven): types mirroring data-format.md's schema exactly, a minimal store, and static Role enforcement (Trust/reputation scoring stays cut per competition-plan). Onboarding ingestion walks the real cloned repos' git history and writes a starting "history" Lane per repo. superagent: 1983 commits, 2011-2026. supertest: 539 commits, 2012-2026. Insights are hand-authored (no API key configured for a live summarization call) but every one traces to real HISTORY.md text or a real GitHub issue, including the superagent#1743 / supertest#798 cross-repo blind spot this slice's case study demo will reconstruct next.
