Rescope competition plan into a working build doc Five deliverables instead of three: core engine, Role enforcement, TUI, MCP server, and a web app, all thin clients over one shared engine, plus the cross-repo cascade demo. Added a tech stack section (TypeScript throughout, Ink for the TUI), revised risks, and corrected the schedule from an assumed 10 days to the real 7 days remaining before the 2026-10-14 deadline.
