Lane detail view for posting asks, and ctrl+t to drop into a shard shell LaneList is now a pure picker (enter selects a lane); the new LaneDetail view shows that lane's own asks and their status (open/granted/complete/denied), and is where "n" to post a new ask now lives -- not the plain list -- so you can see what's already queued before adding to it. Posting now shows a visible "posting..." status while the request is in flight, replacing the previous near-invisible feedback (only the input cursor disappearing). Also adds ctrl+t in zz work --assist's session view: drops out of the TUI into a real shell with PWD set to whatever shard/review workspace directory the current ask is actually using, and returns to the exact same session state on exit. fullscreen.ts's enter/exit is now safe to call more than once per process for this. Verified live against the deployed Worker: lane select -> detail -> compose -> "posting..." -> success, and ctrl+t -> real bash shell with correct pwd -> exit -> back to the session.
