Protocol view: one line per event on a wide terminal, two on a narrow one >80 columns: repo/lane/verb/detail all fit on one line with real column separation, so the detail no longer drops to its own row. <=80 columns: unchanged two-line layout from the previous fix. Scroll windowing (how many events fit per screen) adjusts accordingly. Verified live at 120 and 70 columns.
