Shell escape: ctrl+/ or typing "!", not ctrl+t; shard dirs use __ not brackets on disk ctrl+t collided with common terminal/tmux bindings -- ctrl+/ instead, plus typing a bare "!" into the feedback box as an equally-discoverable second way to reach the same shell escape (extracted into a shared openShell() helper). resolveRepo's repoDir/stateDir now replace a shard slug's bracket delimiters with "__" for the on-disk clone path only (e.g. "shirt[foo][bar]" -> "shirt__foo__bar") -- real brackets in a directory name are legal but clunky to type/tab-complete/paste. The slug and name fields themselves, used everywhere else (API calls, display, the protocol), are untouched. Verified live: ctrl+/ and "!" both drop into a real bash shell with the correct (now bracket-free) shard path as cwd, and return to the same session state on exit.
