Make /explore heterogeneous: repos, users, and now Ladder content /explore's search only ever matched repos and agents -- Ladder content (what "tie" should find in the shoes repo, say) was invisible to it. Search now returns three distinct result types (repo/user/ ladder), each rendered its own way, not folded into one generic row shape: a Ladder hit shows its summary plus links to BOTH the file (current blob) and the specific commit its summary is anchored to. That commit link needed somewhere real to point -- added a minimal per-commit permalink (message/author/date + tree at that commit, GitHub-style but without a full diff view for now). Required threading a commit_sha through the search index itself (migration 0009 -- FTS5 can't ALTER TABLE ADD COLUMN, so this recreates the table; safe, since it's a regenerable index, not source data). No-query browsing (MRU repos) is unchanged -- heterogeneous results are specifically a search behavior, not something forced onto plain browsing. The autocomplete dropdown gets the same three-way split. Verified live end-to-end: wrote a "tie a shoelace" rung to the shoes repo, confirmed /explore?q=tie surfaces it as a LADDER result with a working file link; confirmed commit_sha indexing and the new commit page against a freshly created repo (to rule out a stale warm Durable Object instance, which had produced a false negative on first try).
