Add ladder_reindex: backfill search for content written before it existed searchLadder only ever sees what's been written SINCE the index existed -- confirmed live: the shoes repo's real "tie"/"untie" content in shoes.ts (written earlier this session, before the search feature shipped) was invisible to search; only README.md, touched by a test write after the feature landed, showed up. reindexLadder(repo) walks a repo's CURRENT full Ladder tree (via resolveLadderTree, following every ref -- not just what's embedded in one note) and backfills the index from it. Added to the Backend interface like everything else this session: a real implementation on Cloudflare (reuses the same anchor-resolution logic readAnchor already had, now extracted into a shared closure), a correct no-op on LocalBackend (searchLadder there scans fresh every call -- there's nothing to go stale), and remoteBackend.ts routes it through the new ladder_reindex tool like any other repo-scoped call. Verified live: reindexed the shoes repo (4 rungs backfilled), shoes.ts now correctly appears in an "explore?q=tie" search alongside README.md, with its real commit sha linked. Backfilled every other existing repo in the account too, not just the one that surfaced the gap. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
