Bulk-onboard the real scale: 908 more asks, 46 releases, 92 contributors Fixed a real correctness bug first: both demo repos transferred GitHub orgs since this was first written. ladjs/superagent and visionmedia/supertest are now redirects; the real canonical names are forwardemail/superagent and forwardemail/supertest. Updated clone URLs, existing remotes, and the repo identity string. Added two new rung kinds -- contributor and dependencies -- as repo-wide anchors alongside ask (same root-commit anchoring, ref derived from path, no separate index needed). Built: - 908 lightweight asks (618 real issues + 290 real PRs), real title/ author/dates, explicitly marked as not researched in depth, unlike the two hand-built ones (#651, #798) that already exist. - 46 more real releases (47 total), each resolved to its real commit. - All 92 real contributors, with specific known work cited for the ~5 we already have real detail on from the file-level rungs, and an honest "not individually researched" for the rest. - 3 real runtime dependencies (superagent, methods, cookie-signature) and one real aggregate dependents count (~1.74M repos, ~32.7k packages) from GitHub's own dependency graph. Added appendRepoChildren to ladderNotes.ts: adds references to the repo root's own note without recursing into (and re-deriving/ overwriting) any existing child, which writeLadder's normal recursion would have done to the already-good hand-built content. Deduped by ref so re-running the bulk pass stays idempotent. Fixed a real git-notes limitation hit partway through the first run: ref names can't contain the characters a real login can ("dependabot [bot]"), so sanitizeRefSegment now normalizes any repo-wide path before it becomes part of a ref, applied consistently on both write and read. Removed demo/ingest.ts and its output: a Lane-based onboarding approach from before the Ladder design existed, superseded entirely. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
