Add a flat-text Ladder dump for human review Git notes aren't easy to browse directly, so this materializes a repo's whole Ladder into one readable file (state/<repo>/ladder.txt): every rung's kind, path, summary, full source list, and touches references, indented by nesting depth. Reads live from the real notes each time, same as the engine would; it's a view for reading, not a second source of truth. Factored the render logic out of ladder-full-supertest.ts into engine/ladderRender.ts (renderLadder) so the build script and the standalone dump (demo/dump-ladder.ts, `npm run dump-ladder -- <repo>`) share one implementation instead of two copies.
