ollamaBackend: a real error message when Ollama isn't reachable Previously surfaced as bare "fetch failed" -- no mention of Ollama, the URL it tried, or what to do about it. Now names the URL, unwraps the actual connection error (buried in a nested AggregateError Node's fetch never surfaces on its own), and suggests the fix (start Ollama, point ZZ_OLLAMA_HOST elsewhere, or use a different --provider).
