assist: write drafts to disk by default, first-class review diff/browse, request-changes loops back Three distinct pieces of direct feedback: 1. "/commit" sounded like it was the first thing to touch disk, when really the draft should just be written out by default and /commit should mean "turn it into a real changeset." Fixed: every verified draft/revision now writes straight into the shard's real working tree (agent/scriptedWork.ts's writeFilesToWorkingTree, called from generateVerifiedProposal) the moment it passes verification -- a plain file write, never a git operation -- so `cd`ing into the shard in another terminal always shows the current draft. /commit is unchanged: it's still what actually commits (commitContributorWork), now described that way in the chat's own messaging. 2. changeset_review asks had no file/diff browsing at all -- the human only ever saw the model's bare DECISION/REASON, never the code being reviewed. New prepareReviewWorkspace (scriptedWork.ts): clones/syncs the actual shard the contributor worked in (via the review payload's now-recorded source_repo/baseCommit), writes the proposed files there, and computes a real diff against base -- shown in the chat transcript and left on disk to `cd` into and run, before the model's recommendation even arrives. 3. "where does a /request-changes ask go?" -- nowhere, it turned out: the original work ask is already answered complete by the time a review happens (an ask can never be un-answered), so rejecting a review was a dead end with no way back to a contributor. acceptReview now posts a fresh work ask on request_changes, with the maintainer's reason and the rejected draft folded into its description, claimable by anyone to revise -- verified live end to end against the real deployed Worker. Also: the TUI now shows which backend/model is actually running (e.g. "ollama:qwen2.5:14b-instruct") in both the picker and session headers -- previously invisible when no --provider/--model was passed.
