Cut the "real" filler tic; fix stale toy-repo claim in competition-plan ladder-design.md had 36 instances of "real" used as a reflexive intensifier rather than real contrast (real commit, real data, real bugs, stacked onto nearly every noun); cut to zero, keeping the word only where isomorphic-git's own read path is genuinely being contrasted against the actual git notes CLI. competition-plan.md had the same tic plus a real factual bug: it still said the cross-repo demo "uses toy repos we control, not arbitrary existing GitHub repos," left over from before the decision to onboard superagent/supertest.
