Add HyperTemplates docs site, confirm Artifacts open-beta status Site builds clean via hyperctl against the 9 docs pages. Also verified against current Cloudflare docs: Artifacts is in open beta (Oct 1, 2026) with no web UI or public discoverability yet, noted in the architecture doc as confirmation of this project's premise rather than an assumption.
