Rework protocol around Agent/Role, nested Lanes, and Vote - Account -> Agent (human or synthetic, one noun) - Role expanded: Owner, Committee, Maintainer, Committer, Contributor, Reader - permissions plus operational expectations, distinct from the fine-grained, per-changeset Claim - Lanes nest; a Lane's Ladder rungs are literally its decomposition tree; Coordinator is a Lane-scoped position (joint or sharded for scale), not a system role - New: Changeset (the reviewable unit), merge grant (always gated by an explicit Coordinator ANSWER to a merge_request, never auto-issued), Vote (ASF-style ballots for Committee governance), lazy consensus as the default resolution - Cascade collapses into "a Lane whose trigger is dependency_cascade" - dropped as a separate data structure - ASK gains kind (claim/review/change/coordinator/merge request) and two-axis broadcast addressing (structural scope x role filter) - data format, CLI sketch, and overview updated to match Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
