Add Groq and Cloudflare Workers AI as --provider options Both speak OpenAI's chat-completions wire format, so one generic createOpenAiCompatBackend covers both instead of a bespoke backend per provider (unlike Gemini, which needed its own). Verified live against real keys, including the full tool-call round trip: Cloudflare's schema rejects `content: null` on an assistant tool_calls message (OpenAI itself allows it) -- fixed by sending "" instead, confirmed working for both providers after the fix. Groq's previously-documented free model (llama-3.3-70b-versatile) is gone; openai/gpt-oss-120b is the current tool-capable default.
