Dedupe repos in run_in_sandbox to fix a worktree-path collision A model (observed with Cloudflare Workers AI's free llama-3.3-70b) listed the same repo twice -- once as the one it was changing, once again as if it were its own dependency -- which pointed two `git worktree add` calls at the identical path and crashed with a raw "fatal: already exists" instead of a recoverable tool error. Dedupe by slug, keeping the entry with `files` when there's a conflict.
