Strip process narration, read as product docs not a design log Removed "earlier pass," "considered and rejected," "confirmed directly against," "what used to be," and similar framing from Overview, Lanes and Ladders, Architecture, Governance, and the competition plan - these should read as settled documentation, not a transcript of how the design arrived here. Name and background keeps its explanatory voice since that's its actual job. Also aligned Token -> Auth Token across docs to match the glossary.
