Fix: repos created via the web app need a seeded initial commit commit_changeset always diffs against a parent (headOid()) -- a repo with zero commits has nothing to diff against, so a repo created through /profile/repos could never receive its first real commit. Added createInitialCommit (cloudflareGitBackend.ts), reused by handleCreateRepo to seed a README on creation, same way the test routes' seedRepo() already did for throwaway repos. Added /dev-seed-content as a standing diagnostic (seeds real content into a given Artifacts repo via the actual commit_changeset tool), matching the existing pattern of keeping proof routes as regression checks rather than throwing them away. Verified live end to end: create a repo via /profile/repos, confirm the README renders, add a file via commit_changeset, confirm the file list/blob download/zip archive (fflate) all reflect it, confirm the RBAC grant form on /profile correctly checks Owner authority before writing a role to the target repo's zz-meta roles.json.
