Add task-shard contributor flow, remote-mode TUI data, and npm packaging Contributor "work" asks now always fork into a real shard repo (<actor>/<parent>[<task-slug>]) rather than posting raw file content inline: the proposal is generated, sandbox-verified, and committed for real in the shard (with its own Lane and Ladder), then submitted back to the parent for review -- recursive by construction, so delegating a sub-task to another agent just shards the shard. Fixes the root cause of zz work's TUI showing nothing in remote mode: useLaneSnapshots/useLadderTrees only ever read local flat files/git notes, never the deployed Worker's real state. They now call the remote lane_list/ladder_read tools when in remote mode, and the watched-repo set (cli/lib/watchedRepos.ts) grows live as shards get created so the TUI picks them up without restarting. LadderView is now a per-repo switcher instead of concatenating every repo's tree. Packaging: ink/react were installed but never declared as real dependencies (any fresh install would be missing them); repo/state paths resolved relative to the package's own install location instead of the user's home directory; the CLI version was a hardcoded literal instead of reading package.json. Adds a real build step (tsc -> dist/) so `npm link`/`npm install -g` gives a working `zz` binary with no tsx/raw-TS dependency at runtime, and normalizes user-supplied paths (ZZ_CONFIG/ZZ_CREDENTIALS/ZZ_ID_FILE) to absolute, expanding ~.
