Phase 2: zz work --assist -- interactive single-ask propose/accept session Splits runContributorWorkAsk and runChangesetReview (agent/scriptedWork.ts) into propose/accept halves so a human can review a model's draft before anything gets committed, submitted, or merged. --assist runs one claimable work/changeset_review ask at a time through readline, showing the draft and letting you accept, reject, or override the decision. The autonomous zz work path is unchanged -- both thin wrappers just call propose then accept back to back.
