Phase 1: zz ask claim / zz ladder edit -- full CLI protocol engagement, no TUI Closes the demo run sheet's own two Stage 1 gaps ("intended: zz ask claim ...", "intended: zz ladder edit"), plus three real bugs found while verifying the whole by-hand flow end to end against the real deployed Worker: - zz repo asks never printed an ASK's own id -- you could see a posted ask existed but had no way to reference it for claiming. Prints [ASK <id>]/[ANSWER <id>]/[INSIGHT <id>] now. - zz repo submit only ever looked at `git diff --cached` (staged, not yet committed) -- but the run sheet's own Stage 1 steps say `git add && git commit` before submitting, which is also the more natural thing for a human to actually do. Falls back to HEAD vs HEAD~1 when nothing's staged. - zz repo submit assumed the ask and the lane were the same -- true for the fully-autonomous local-mode flow, but zz ask claim (new) opens a dedicated work Lane ("my workstream") whose origin is where the ask actually lives, matching the run sheet's own narration ("I claim it, which opens a Lane"). repo-submit now checks the given lane first, then its origin lane, and drops the cross-lane ask id from submit_changeset's depends_on (dependency resolution only ever checks within one lane's own history, so a cross-lane id could never resolve -- harmless to drop since the ask gets marked complete directly regardless). - zz lane log never supported the remote backend at all -- always read the local flat-file store regardless of where the repo actually lived, confirmed live to show nothing for any repo only ever touched on the deployed Worker. Remote by default now, like work/review/top; --local keeps the original behavior. zz ask claim <repo> <ask-id>: claims (ask_claim) then opens a Lane (lane_propose, origin = the ask's own lane, no shard -- a human working by hand clones and commits directly into the repo, not a fork), printing the new lane id zz repo submit needs next. zz ladder edit <repo> <path> --kind --summary [--commit]: writes one Ladder rung by hand (ladder_write_rung), anchoring to the current directory's HEAD commit (title/author/date via `git log`) unless --commit is given -- same cwd-git convention repo-submit.ts already uses, since repo/file/changeset/release kinds all require a real commit source to anchor to. Verified live end to end on a real test repo, CLI only, no TUI: repo create -> repo ask -> ask claim -> clone + commit -> repo submit -> grant (review) -> zz work merges for real -> ladder edit -- confirmed the real commit and Ladder rung both landed on the deployed Worker.
