Prototype a real Ladder slice: supertest's index.js, to line level Sizing exercise per the plan: one real file (72 lines, 19 real commits spanning 2012-2026, one real PR) built out to file -> function -> line-range rungs, each grounded in real git log/blame/PR data gathered while writing it. Confirms the Ladder data shape (engine/ladder.ts) works; see the chat for what this implies about effort to cover the full repo. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
