Frame the system as community-of-practice infrastructure - Credit -> Trust, rescoped per topic instead of a single global score, mirroring legitimate peripheral participation (earn standing in one area well before another) - Insight: a new lightweight Lane-history entry (good/bad, captured in the flow, no claim or review attached) that the Ladder folds in alongside formal decisions - tacit knowledge, not just the structural record - The Maintainer/Coordinator now pushes relevant Ladder content (including Insights) to an Agent claiming a Lane, scaled by that Agent's trust in the area, instead of only answering when asked - Overview names the theoretical frame directly: a Repo as domain and practice, its Agents as the community, Role+Trust as LPP, the Ladder as shared repertoire - zz CLI/data-format examples and the trust schema updated to match (per-topic trust/<agent-id>.json, zz insight, zz trust --topic) Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
