Let the agent itself decide whether to decompose a work Ask New runWorkAsk (agent/scriptedWork.ts) is what zz work's autonomous loop now calls for every "work" Ask, instead of runContributorWorkAsk directly: payload.decompose still forces decomposition outright (a human's explicit `zz repo ask --decompose` always wins), but otherwise it's a cheap one-line model classification call ("is this task small enough to do directly, or does it actually bundle independent deliverables?") before either path claims anything -- only whichever path the decision picks does the real claim, so there's no double claim. Verified live: a task bundling three independent functions correctly self-decided to decompose into 3 sub-lanes; a single small function task correctly self-decided to implement it directly.
