Store the Ladder as one file per rung, not one blob for the tree A real Ladder is thousands of rungs; a single JSON file means every read/write touches the whole thing. Rewrote the model so children are path references (StoredRung) instead of embedded objects, added writeRung/readRung/writeLadder/readRungChildren to the store, and switched the supertest build to write to state/supertest/.zz/ladder/ and render by reading back from disk one rung at a time, proving the lazy-load path actually works rather than just writing files. Normalized rung paths to a single "/" hierarchy throughout (was a mix of "#" for functions and ":" for line ranges), since paths are now real filesystem paths, not just display labels. Removed the earlier flat in-memory slice script and its output file, both superseded by the full disk-backed build. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
