zz work --assist: pick a lane and post an ask into it ("n" from the picker) Reuses LaneList's interactive mode directly (same component zz top's own lanes tab now uses) rather than building a second lane picker -- "n" from the main ask picker opens a full-screen lane list across the same watched repos; selecting one and pressing "n" again composes a plain-text description and posts it as a real "work" ask via callRemoteTool (remote) or engine/lane.ts's ask() (local), same payload shape as zz top/`zz repo ask`. Verified live end to end against the real deployed Worker: posted a real ask from the lane picker, confirmed via `zz repo asks` that it landed with the exact description and the real identity as `from`.
