Default Lane on repo create; fix unbounded column text; drop h/l tab keys webApp.ts: a brand-new repo got a Ladder bootstrap but never a Lane -- lane_list on it returned [], not just "no history yet", genuinely no root Lane at all. zz top's lanes/protocol tabs looked like they didn't know the repo existed, not like it had nothing to show. Now proposes the "_repo" Lane right after the Ladder write, matching cli/commands/ladder-build.ts's identical bootstrap for local onboarding. Verified live: a fresh repo now returns one lane (status "proposed", empty history); running a real zz work session against it immediately produces the expected ask/claim/review/complete history under that same lane. LaneList.tsx/LiveLog.tsx: several fixed-width columns (repo, lane id, status) had no `wrap="truncate-end"` on their Text, unlike every other column in these same rows. A repo slug or lane id longer than its column (easy -- "owner/repo" slugs routinely exceed the 20-28 char columns) would wrap instead of truncate, breaking row alignment and making the wrapped remainder look like a stray, garbled fragment on its own line. Direct feedback: "wonky" column alignment and lane names sometimes showing a strange truncated-looking prefix -- this is the mechanism for exactly that. LiveLog.tsx also grew an optional `watchedRepos` prop (passed from TopApp.tsx/WorkApp.tsx), merged into the "r" repo-filter cycle instead of deriving it from events alone -- a repo with zero protocol events yet (new Lane, or none at all before the fix above) never appeared in the cycle at all, indistinguishable from "doesn't know this repo exists" rather than "exists, nothing to show yet." TabView.tsx: dropped h/l as tab-switch aliases for left/right arrow, per direct feedback -- arrows and 1-9 are enough, and h/l are free-text characters in some tabs' own content (Explore's search box).
