Redesign TUI and web app with a shared purple/neon palette Both surfaces previously had no real visual identity: the TUI used ink's default colors scattershot (plain cyan/gray/yellow), and the web app was unstyled GitHub-blue-on-white with every form dumped flat on the page in no particular grouping. Introduces one shared design language -- a muted purple backdrop with saturated pink/yellow/cyan/green/blue/red accents reserved for actual signal (status, active tab, role, event kind) -- applied identically to both: - app/tui/theme.ts: the token source of truth (hex values), consumed by TabView/LaneList/ActivityLog/LadderView/LiveLog. TabView now has a colored header bar and full-screen purple backdrop; LiveLog colors its ASK/ANSWER/NOTE prefixes and active filter values. - app/worker/src/webApp.ts: a real CSS design system (WEB_CSS) with cards, badges, mono treatment for ids/tokens/shas, and a sticky top nav, replacing the old inline one-liner stylesheet. Every page (profile, explore, repo page, login) is now grouped into labeled <section class="card"> blocks instead of a flat stack of forms. Verified live against the deployed Worker (zz-maintainer) in a real browser: /explore, /profile, a repo page, and /login all render correctly with proper contrast and card grouping.
