Fix select arrows, icon centering, and clone-row layout; repo header reorder - select/select.role-select: a native dropdown arrow ignores padding-right entirely in Chrome/Safari (it's OS chrome, not CSS content) -- padding alone did nothing, confirmed live. Switched to appearance:none with a real inline-SVG chevron, so the gutter is actually controllable. - .icon-btn: line-height:0 alone still left the glyph visibly below the circle's centerline -- added a little padding-bottom to shift the flex-centered content box up without touching horizontal centering. - clone-row: wrapping pre+copy-button in their own .pre-wrap (instead of the button floating relative to the whole row) fixes the actual layout breakage from the last pass -- the git-clone row had three flex items with no width given to the Download button, so it wrapped, and the copy button's positioning context included that button's width too, landing it half off the pre. - Repo page header: description and the settings button now share one row (card-head), vertically aligned, with the description taking the remaining flex width so it wraps before reaching the button instead of running under it. The Info panel is back to being plain hint text (no collapser -- it wasn't earning the extra click). The Download .zip button moved out of the clone-row entirely, now standalone between the hints and Roles.
