Clickable tabs: click a tab's label instead of only 1-9/arrows useMouseWheel.ts generalized to useMouse.ts, which now also parses a plain left-click (SGR button code 0) and reports its terminal column/ row. TabView computes each tab's actual on-screen column range (title length, the gap after it, each "N:label"'s own length plus its marginRight -- has to mirror the real layout exactly) and switches to whichever tab a click on the tab-bar row falls within. Verified against a real pty: clicking at the column where "2:ladder" renders actually activates that tab (confirmed both by the rendered content changing and the tab label showing underlined/bold).
