docs: add Git compatibility page, covering the full proxy surface Direct request: a page explicitly covering everything ordinary git does against a zz-hosted repo, what doesn't work, and why -- a complete, honest account rather than scattered mentions. Covers: why coverage is total (git's HTTP transport is just two services, upload-pack and receive-pack, not one per porcelain command, and the proxy forwards both as raw bytes); a verified-live support table (clone, fetch, pull, ls-remote, push including new branches/deletes/ force-pushes); what's genuinely unsupported (git-upload-archive, LFS) and why that's unremarkable (most hosts, GitHub included, don't support the former either); the authentication model (agent tokens over Basic Auth, no separate human PAT concept); and the RBAC rationale for gating push at Maintainer+ specifically. Built locally with hyperctl and checked in a real browser before committing: confirmed the page renders in the theme correctly, and that the one anchor link (to data-format's new "Accounts and the web app" section) actually resolves -- checked the generated heading id directly rather than assuming the slugify convention.
