Fix Overview styling inconsistencies; add web app to the roadmap - zz: made consistently bold (matching the page's own repeated usage) instead of switching to italic in a couple spots. Heading "ZZ vs GitHub" keeps its capital ZZ deliberately. - Lanes/Ladders: second mentions on the page were italicized instead of plain like everywhere else; fixed, and linked the true first mention to the Nouns glossary. - The web app mention was phrased as already available; it's planned, not built, so reworded and added as step 6 of Architecture's build sequencing.
