Broaden gitignore patterns for local demo/test clutter app/.gitignore named a fixed list of demo-repo fixture names (numkit, mathkit, ...) -- anything run against a repo/owner name not already on that list (a fresh clone's own first run, or just testing against a different demo repo) showed up as untracked clutter needing manual handling every time. Blanket demo-repos/*/ and state/*/ patterns instead; gitignore only hides untracked paths, so the fixtures already committed on purpose stay tracked exactly as they were. New root .gitignore for .claude/ (worktrees, local session state) -- previously untracked but unignored, so it always showed up in status.
