Add GitHub-docs-style hover anchor links to doc headings On hover, h2-h6 headings inside .prose show a link icon. Clicking it copies the full URL (with #fragment) to the clipboard, updates the address bar hash via replaceState, and shows a brief "Copied!" cue. Script is included on the docs layout only; the home page has no headings with real ids to target, so it's a no-op there anyway. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
