Fix column alignment in protocol/lanes views; protocol view now two lines per event Demo-blocking layout bug: fixed-width columns (repo/lane/status in LaneList, repo/lane in LiveLog) had no flexShrink={0}, so Yoga would shrink them below their declared width whenever a row's total content (an unbounded coordinators list, in LaneList's case) exceeded the terminal's width -- confirmed live, this was the actual cause of the "shir_repo" merged-column garbling (lane list), not a wrap/truncation issue. Every fixed-width column in both views now has flexShrink={0} plus marginRight={1}, guaranteeing both the declared width and a minimum one-space gap regardless of what else is competing for room. Protocol view (LiveLog.tsx) also restructured to two lines per event, per direct request: repo/lane/verb (ASK/ANSWER/NOTE) on the first line, left-justified and truncating with an ellipsis if they don't fit; the payload detail on its own line below. Scroll windowing updated to count two rows per event accordingly. LaneList.tsx also gained (not yet wired up to any caller -- a follow-up commit does that) optional interactive-picker props for the in-progress lane-picker + post-ask feature; existing callers (zz work's own tab) are unaffected since every new prop is optional.
