Replace mechanical placeholder summaries with actual content analysis ladder build no longer writes "not read in depth" / "not individually described" stubs for files, asks, contributors, or dependencies. Adds engine/summarize.ts, which shells out to the Claude CLI headlessly (claude -p) to read each file's content, each issue/PR thread, each contributor's commit history, and each dependency's usage sites, and write a genuine summary of each. Fixes a bug found while testing this against jonschlinkert/is-number: fetchContributorCommitMessages crashed on gh api's raw (unquoted) jq output, and a multi-line commit message would have corrupted the one-line-per-commit split; jq now extracts just the first line itself. Also adds a one-time warmUp() call: a background connector check was observed appended to the first claude -p call's output in a fresh shell, so a throwaway call flushes that before any summary that actually gets stored.
