Write real descriptive initial-commit Ladder summaries, fix blob-view border Repo creation's bootstrapped Ladder rungs for README.md/LICENSE said nothing beyond "added." -- true but useless. Added a blurb field to each LicenseOption explaining what kind of license it actually is (permissive vs. copyleft, patent grants, etc.) and rewrote the README/LICENSE file-rung summaries to explain what each file type is for in an open-source repo, plus what's specific to this one (repo name, description). The changeset's filechange children reuse the same text, so a commit's per-file summary is no longer just "added." Also moved the file view's Ladder Summary <details> to be nested inside .blob-header rather than a sibling block after it -- as a sibling it landed in the visual gap between the header's border and the body's (borderless-top) border, breaking the one-continuous-box illusion the two were designed to create together.
