Ladder Summary
- file This script runs immediately (IIFE) and scans the page for any `<h2>`‑`<h6>` elements inside `.prose` that already have an `id`. For each heading it appends a small “link” icon that, when clicked, prevents navigation, builds the full URL for that section, copies it to the clipboard, updates the address bar hash, and briefly shows a “copied” visual state. **Exported symbols:** the file does not export any functions or classes (it only executes the self‑contained code).
